Get your validation code

    Whataburger was a well established restaurant with great food but things are not the same anymore. Meat patties are smaller, fries are too salty because each time a batch is fried, salt is applied. But specials are better.

  2. I tried to take the survey as the girl at register suggested. It said survey no longer available. Why?? I am not going to give you my password. Why do you need this personal and confidential information. I’ve never had to give out such private information to take a survey.

  3. Our experience with the cashier (Paula) was so surprisingly exceptional that we wound up ordering more than intended. Her method of customer service is worthy of being in the Employee Training Manual.
    On a scale of 1-10 her customer service is a 15.
    ONCE IN A LIFETIME CASHIER.

  4. Always exceptional service from Faye and Sharon (do not know last names). Orders are always correct. Also, there is a man (Luis) that is always there and very good. I am always grateful when I know these three employees are working because I know my order will be correct..including condiments and napkins and the drink is what I ordered.
    Today, 611239-2366-27451211 helped me and ask me to fill out this survey.
    She was good..her voice was clear over the microphone and my order was correct.

  5. Also on my visit 2 What-A-Burger, Brewton Alabama location #989, survey would not let me add that Celeste was very helpful with me order.
